Take Home Naloxone (THN) Service North East Lincolnshire

North East Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership – delivered by Turning Point in partnership with Framework Housing Association and Double Impact.
Service Period:
1st May 2026 – 30th April 2029
Pharmacies currently contracted to provide Supervised Consumption or Needle Exchange services through Turning Point now have the option to provide a Take Home Naloxone service to clients at risk of opioid overdose.
The THN service relates to the supply of Prenoxad® 1mg/ml pre-filled syringe (2ml) injection for lay administration.
This Service is for anyone aged 18 years and above.
Contract offers have been circulated by Humber LPC to all NEL pharmacies currently engaged with drug misuse services.

Claims:
All claims must be raised through NEO360.
Naloxone kits can be ordered FOC through Exchange Supplies.
Training:
All staff involved with service provision must complete a Mandatory: 1 hour Turning Point online training session.
