Equipment Supplies:
Equipment included within the Hull service is listed within the service specification and can be ordered free of charge through Exchange supplies.
Claims:
All claims to be submitted via the pharmOutcomes transaction platform.
All payment claims will be submitted via the PharmOutcomes automated mechanism on the 5th day of the month.
