Optical Referral for Hypertension Case Finding Service Pilot
Decommissioning of the Optical Referral into HCF service from 31 March 2026
Following a review of the Optical Hypertension pilot, Humber and North Yorkshire ICB has taken the decision to decommission the service.
The pilot service will end on the 31 March 2026.
HNY ICB have sent notice of termination letters to participation pharmacies advising of the termination.
