The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) regularly runs 60-minute webinars to support pharmacy teams with prescription processing and reimbursement. These sessions cover common submission errors, endorsement tips, and how to manage referred back prescriptions.
Webinars are held throughout the year, with several dates available each month. Pharmacy teams involved in preparing and submitting prescriptions are encouraged to attend.
