NHS England has launched the inaugural Inclusive Pharmacy Practice (IPP) Week (from 24th – 27th November 2025), a national initiative focused on equity, inclusion, and belonging in pharmacy. This programme is a collaboration between other national pharmacy partners, supported by the Centre for Pharmacy Postgraduate Education (CPPE).
The programme, aimed at creating inclusive workplaces and leadership that reflects diverse communities, features eight interactive workshops open to all pharmacy teams in England.

Monday 24 November:
- Inclusive Pharmacy Practice Week launch event: Creating opportunity through inclusive leadership
Influence and elevate: Diversifying senior pharmacy technician roles through inclusive leadership
Tuesday 25 November:
- Championing national and local policies and initiatives to address health inequalities through prevention of ill-health
Wednesday 26 November:
- Closing the gaps in differential attainment and awarding
Thursday 27 November:
- Dismantling racism, harassment, bullying and discrimination in the workplace
- Championing national and local policies and initiatives to address health inequalities through prevention of ill-health
