Virtual Outcomes – Pharmacy Contraception and Oral Emergency Contraception training

Virtual Outcomes has release a new training course that highlights the recent changes to the PCS service. The course is FREE to access for all our Humber Pharmacy Teams.

Course Objectives:

• To understand the changes to the NHS Pharmacy Contraceptive Service
• To understand the new national Emergency Contraception Service
• To understand what pharmacy technicians need to do to provide the service
• To share hints and tips to help pharmacies engage with their GP practices

Course length – Only 15 minutes.

Please note: The other training modules for this service i.e. Oral Contraception – Pharmacist & Oral Contraception – Team training are still available via the Virtual Outcomes platform.
