Professional Development Pharmacist

  • To assist the LPC in developing effective, relevant community pharmacy services for delivery within community pharmacies in line with the LPC work plan and LPC strategic plan.
  • To lead / advise on the implementation of evidence-based community pharmacy practice/services across the Humber LPC area meeting requirements of any commissioner in accordance with NICE or other applicable guidelines.
  • To lead on the creation and development of PharmOutcomes data platforms with commissioners to support local service delivery.
  • Maximise contractor income through service delivery analysis and recommendations.
  • Secure additional income/ funding opportunities to support and deliver the LPC workplan and strategy.
  • To ensure engagement with pharmacy contractors and provide support when needed on Community Pharmacy Contractual Framework (CPCF) and other matters.
