Training events by Community Pharmacy Humber: We need your views!
Community Pharmacy Humber (CPH) recently advertised a face-to-face training event which is due to run on the 8th of October 2025 at The Village Hotel Hull: Working with Patient Group Directions (PGDs) to deliver pharmacy-based services – Community Pharmacy Humber
The event topic is aimed at the use of patient group directions by pharmacy technicians and pharmacists to deliver local services.
Due to the limited interest shown in this event, CPH are seeking contractors’ views as to whether an event which covers the DRUG TARIFF, and its intricacies (hosted by David Broome CPE) would be preferable on this date. (Please note during the recent maximising income event hosted by David, attendees expressed their interest in attending a further event looking at the Drug Tariff given by someone involved in writing it).
It is anticipated that the PGD event will still run, however it would be postponed to a later date possibly in January/February 2026 if so decided.
