Virtual Outcomes: Ear, Nose and Throat Online Training

Last week, Virtual Outcomes releases a training course designed to support pharmacies in dealing with Ear, Nose and Throat conditions. This training has been designed to breakdown misconceptions that there is little that a pharmacy can do to support, and in a lot of CPCS referrals these patients are bounced back to the GP. The reality is very different and actually there is a large amount the pharmacist and their team can do to support these patients.
Training is also available in relation to dispensing valproate to women of child bearing age. This comes after a Sunday Times investigation.
