Know Your Numbers! Week 2024 – Toolkit

Know Your Numbers! Week is the UK’s biggest blood pressure testing and awareness event.

Humber LPC has prepared a Pharmacy Toolkit and Comms Toolkit to help community pharmacies support the Know Your Numbers Week campaign and help you to promote blood pressure checks in your Community Pharmacy. Please encourage your patients, friends, family, neighbours, and colleagues to measure their blood pressure and get them to Know their Numbers!

This is a great opportunity for Community Pharmacy to promote, create awareness and provide the Hypertension Case Finding Service. What better way to encourage your patients to Know their Numbers within your pharmacy setting.  Let’s make this the year we get everyone measuring their blood pressure and let’s encourage individuals to visit community pharmacy to do so.
