will take place from 8-14 of September
Know Your Numbers! Week starts next Monday and this year’s theme is ‘Looking for the Missing Millions’Please use our toolkit below to raise awareness of the importance of regular blood pressure checks and increase people’s understanding of their blood pressure readings by signposting the NHS online blood pressure tool and to increase footfall into the Hypertension Case Finding Service locally within the Humber locality.
