Helping to Address Inequalities in Vaccination and Screening – Webinar series

27th March 2025 9.30-5pm

Online

Webinar series: Thursday 27 March 9.30-5pm.

Are you a Vaccination/Screening service provider or commissioner who is passionate about improving health equity and reaching underserved communities?

Then join us for an informative webinar series on Thursday 27 March 2025, where we’ll be sharing our latest insights and practical solutions to help you address some of the barriers to uptake amongst these underserved communities.

Communities of focus include Muslim, Orthodox Jewish (Charedi) and Hindu/Sikh faith communities living in deprived areas, as well as people from Bangladeshi & black ethnicity and those with learning disabilities.

We will also be presenting the key outcomes from the Diabetic Eye Screening (DES) Insight Project, which investigated the main barriers to uptake for 20–40-year-olds living in deprived areas; and another project which focused on screening homeless populations in London.

Who Should Attend?

This webinar series is designed for vaccination and screening provider colleagues, NHSE regional colleagues, systems, and ICB colleagues.
