Local Pharmacy Workforce Mapping

As the role of community pharmacists and their teams is expanding, we (Humber LPC) are establishing and mapping our current pharmacy workforce to explore potential opportunities for future workforce and service development.

We would be grateful if you could complete this survey to provide us with top line information regarding your current pharmacy workforce and your future ambitions. The survey will only take a couple of minutes to complete, and a member of our team may contact you by phone for further information if necessary.

If you are linked to more than one pharmacy and can answer these questions for other premises, please complete a separate form for each pharmacy.

We appreciate your time and support in providing this information. If you have any queries about this survey, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kind regards

Humber LPC
