Training:
Read the Service Specification and complete the necessary training/CPD to provide the service.
Currently there isn’t a valid Varenicline PGD available for this service, hence this aspect of the service has stopped.

Healthier Futures East Riding programme:
East Riding stop smoking support is available across East Riding and delivered through the Healthier Futures East Riding programme, https://eastriding.healthier-futures.co.uk/developed by Xyla Health and Wellbeing https://xylahealthandwellbeing.com/
They offer one to one clinics at the following locations, they can also offer additional clinic locations as requested within East Riding to ensure rural inclusion and equity of access for patients who may not otherwise be able to access the programme.

A variety of clinic times and days are on offer, and they can also offer remote appointments via MS Teams or telephone as requested on weeks where Carbon Monoxide CO monitoring is not essential.

The Healthier Futures programme offers up to twelve weeks of dedicated support with up to nine one to one appointments all with NCSCT accredited integrated health & wellbeing coaches.
